Fuelled by a powerful mission, I’m determined to transform the prevailing narrative that menstruation, and our cycles in general, should be viewed negatively. Instead, I advocate for open and positive conversations surrounding our cycles. I aim to shatter the walls of shame and taboo that surround menstruation, fearlessly bringing this natural aspect of life into the light.

Glimpses into my life…
My love for menstrual cycles was born from a group programme I was in the first cohort of Reclaim, the incredible group programme of Lindsay Dalton’s. Before I’d even finished the programme I was researching how to become a Menstrual Cycle Coach. I have so much love & respect for Lindsay & I owe her so much
I’m a fierce feminist To show this off I have an extensive collection of feminist and inclusive t-shirts from The Spark Company
I’m a trained Breastfeeding Peer Supporter I breastfed my sons until they were 5 years old and 3 years old with nearly 3 years of tandem feeding
My businesses are somewhat varied Penguin tours in the Falkland Islands, papercut art, travel agent & mentor and, of course, menstrual cycle coaching
Denmark stole my heart We’ve visited 4 times and I’m obsessed. I’m learning Danish on Duolingo (FYI, it’s hard!)
My plants, inside and outside, bring me so much joy I love growing and cultivating houseplants and vegetables
We have 2 cats & 3 ducks Kitty (tabby cat), Blackie (black cat) and Mistletoe, Famous Cheeky & Marzipan (the ducks). My boys love collecting the eggs before we leave on the school run
My boys are the 5th generation of my family to live in our house We were married in our garden surrounded by lupins planted by my grandparents
Before Lupin Coaching was born I worked in corporate In the maritime and oil & gas industry as Management Representative. I oversaw health & safety and quality control
